Hosted by Coast Salish Plant Nursery Staff Member, Sam Mactavish. Attendees will explore the trails where specific plants will be highlighted, what types of birds and animals can be seen.t the flats.

Nature Photography Walk

These seasonal workshops include a photo walk around the site with guidance from the workshop lead. Where you can learn about the technical aspects of lighting and composition when shooting in nature with a digital camera.

Monthly Bird Surveys

Join us bright and early on the first Saturday of each month to participate in our monthly bird surveys. Participants of all levels are welcome to take part in the survey led by experienced birders.

Fall-Winter DST hours: 8:30-11:30am
Spring-Summer hours: 8-11am

Plant Scavenger Hunt with Senaqwila Wyss

In place of her indigenous plant walks, Senaqwila Wyss led a virtual scavenger hunt outlining invasives & plant families in your backyard and the basics of plant identification. A fun relaxed event for the whole family.
